Alessandro SmilingMultitalented 11-year-old budding entrepreneur and son of renowned pianist Oksana® Kolesnikova sweeps competition aside by playing the piano while hoverboarding.

Los Angeles, CA – November 24, 2020 – Alessandro Concas, the multitalented 11-year-old son of renowned Los Angeles-based pianist and businesswoman Oksana® Kolesnikova, has added another successful feather to his ever-widening accomplishment cap by winning the Audience Choice leg of the City of Santa Clarita’s You’re the Best talent contest.

The City of Santa Clarita holds this monthly community talent show at The MAIN in Old Town Newhall, which brings together community members of all ages to participate in an evening of entertainment, fun and “good-spirited mayhem,” ultimately encouraging contestants to bring their best in singing, dancing, acting, playing music, martial arts mastery or any unique skill they wish to showcase.

Eleven-year-old Alessandro Concas swept the competition aside through an eye-opening exhibition of expertly playing Scott Joplin’s ‘The Entertainer’ on the piano while… hoverboarding!

Born and bred in a family of talented individuals, Alessandro first exuded his extraordinary abilities when learning the alphabet backward at the age of two, going on to begin piano lessons under the tutelage of his mom, Oksana® – a maestro in her own right. His entrepreneurial foray came at the age of eight when he wrote his first book, The A to Zs of Fighting Boredom, intended as a guide offering various fun activities to keep children engaged and active, and which aims to help children Alessandro’s age make their free time productive. Alessandro himself is most proud of the fact that he uses the proceeds from the book’s sales to contribute to welfare organizations and fund his future college education.

Alessandro is currently a student at the revered Tesoro del Valle Elementary School, his favorite subjects being science and math, and while hunkering down to take his studies seriously, he still finds the time for his hobbies, extra-curricular activities, and his own entrepreneurial ventures. Recently, he worked with his mother’s company, Oksana® Management Group, in spearheading a new After-School Enrichment Program dubbed Financial Literacy for Children and Teens, a curriculum intended to empower the upcoming generation by teaching them the fundamentals of finance and entrepreneurship.
